GRAND JUNCTION, Colo — A new ROVER MakerSpace that will be used in the technology and media center is now at Grand Mesa Middle School.

The new mobile desk allows stools and trays to be stored inside and taken on the go.

The donation to School District 51 foundation was made during the 9th Annual White Iced Virtual Celebration.

District 51 officials are excited about the new addition.

Angela Christensen, SD 51 Foundation Executive Director, says, “ROVER MakerSpace will be able to be used in every classroom, it’s mobile and that makes a huge difference, so teachers that want to have a MakerSpace in their room, will be  able to do that.”
